The 57-year-old woman was admitted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital on Monday, Queensland Health said in a statement on Tuesday.
She is being treated in isolation and is in a stable condition.
The woman was among the Australian travellers evacuated from the cruise ship, which remains in lockdown off Yokohama in Japan after the virus took hold among passengers and crew.
Australians evacuated from the vessel were taken to a holding facility at Howard Springs near Darwin to complete two weeks in quarantine, but seven of them have since fallen ill.
On Saturday, two other Queensland women who have the virus were also flown from the Howard Springs centre to Brisbane for treatment. The women, aged 54 and 55, were taken to the Prince Charles Hospital in stable condition.
The husband of one of those women was taken to the hospital as a precaution. He has not tested positive for the virus.
Of the seven cruise ship passengers who've contracted coronavirus, three are from Queensland, two from Victoria, and one each from South Australia and Western Australia.
