Lardner admits its been a while since she's been in Launceston, and professed her comedic skill has been vastly improved since then.
"It's been like three or four years since I was last in Launceston, I started comedy when I was 15 so I've only really just got good," Lardner said.
In other news:
The 26-year-old said her comedy has now become "way stupider" but better.
"It's extremely silly and dumb and happier ... I'm kind of a dummy and I think it's important to have representation for idiots," Lardner said.
"My comedy used to be just be me sitting down and thinking about things and now I just do it, and it works way better now."
Lardner has received a number of awards through tours at the Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne comedy festivals. She also received the underbelly award at the world-famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
"I'm a real awards piggy now, they like to give me them ... my mantlepiece is quite heavy, not meaning to brag," Lardner said.
The comedian said audiences should expect the unexpected and be prepared for some on-stage mania.
"I don't want people to think I'm just going to come in a throw stuff at the walls but also it's way too chaotic ... I come off stage dripping with sweat and not remembering half of what I did," Lardner said.
