Thanks to a donation from Bell Bay Aluminium, the students are attending the Rotary Club of Tamar Sunrise's annual International Women's Day breakfast on March 4.
Brooks High student Indya Young described it as an amazing opportunity.
"I'm just looking forward to hearing some of the women speak and just tell their stories about how they've come to be in their career and what they've had to overcome," she said.
"It will just be great to hear from them."

Ms Young is part of the biggest group of students ever to attend the breakfast event. Young women from Kings Meadows High School, Port Dalrymple High School and Lilydale District School will also take part.
St Patrick's College students will showcase their musical talents at the event.
Now in its seventh year, the event will feature a though-provoking panel discussion between Bell Bay Aluminium smelter's first female processing controller Alana Phegan, Tasmanian Telstra Business Woman of the Year Lucy O'Flaherty and Australian Women Lawyers President Adrienna Morton.
