Moradi made the move to Brisbane earlier this year, initially to link up with the Strikers' under-21 side.
The Northern Championship club proudly announced his selection on its Facebook page.
Moradi, who also captained his Kings Meadows High School team, played his junior soccer at United, breaking into the senior team in 2018.
He had a big impact on the side, scoring 10 goals in 20 games as United finished third in the Northern Championship last season.
"Fahim has a fantastic work ethic and we have no doubt that he will continue to improve and progress his promising career to new heights," the club said.
United have also announced the signing of Will Compagne from cross-town rivals Launceston City.
The versatile midfielder had broken into the senior ranks at Prospect while also leading the club's under-18 side to a premiership last season.
And completing a busy week at Birch Avenue, United welcomed US import Dakota Reynolds for the 2020 women's Northern Championship season.
Women's head coach Cameron Heazlewood said Reynolds had made an instant impression. "Dakota has been training with us for three weeks and the progress she has made has been very impressive," he said.
