Among the cars on show will be Karl and Kathy Mansfield's custom built 1956 Ford F-250.
The couple spent about six years building the car from scratch and plan to use it as their new work truck.
"If I actually had four months off, I could build it in four months," Mr Mansfield said.
"It never left here, apart from the upholstery. Everything was done here."

Mr Mansfield said he looked forward to meeting fellow car enthusiasts at the show, sharing his passion for cars and showing off his Ford.
"It's the first time anyone will see it on Sunday at the car show," he said.
"I bought my first hot rod when I was 19 and I've just loved the hobby ever since and it has turned into a career.
"Now I just full-time build custom cars for people."
The car show gets underway at 10am in Deloraine's main street. Road closures will be in place.
