Shaun Etchell, Mat Bransden and Damon Upton-Greer are among the names taking on interstate and intrastate competitors, with Etchell battling Victorian Chris Waise for the Legion bantamweight MMA title.
"Shaun's one of Tasmania's most experienced MMA fighters and he's really looking to catapult his career and this would be a big stepping stone winning this title," promoter Jacob Gelston said.
"Chris has already won a couple of legitimate titles and is a very tough battle for Shaun, that's for sure."
Muay Thai fights - headlined by Brandsen and Hobartian Chris Crocombe - fill the remainder of the card.
Doors open at 6pm, with first action to begin at 7pm.
