Stacey Norton-Smith's 74 off 25 balls led Longford to a mammoth 0-226 as they defeated Hadspen Red by 160 runs.
Supported by Emma and Haylee Humphries (both 24) and Katrina Burr's 23, Norton-Smith was too strong for the Chieftains who were steered by Mel Denman's 20 off 17 and had three batters retire.
Bishopsbourne's opening pair Kristy Wells (38 off 25) and Ebony Vocke (25 off 25) made the game their own, chasing down Hadspen Black's 7-144 one down.
