Through the program, residents own at least 70 per cent of the property and Housing Tasmania contributes up to 30 per cent of building costs.
The share from the government is capped at $81,245 for house and land packages.
One household bought the home they were renting from Housing Tasmania over the quarter.
The Rapid Rehousing program assisted 17 households to escape family violence over the period.
Twenty-two households were moved into subsidised private rentals.
