Launceston trio Micah Simpson, Aishah Anis and Jess Johnston, together with North-West pair and first-year Torns Sharn Hayward and Shelby Rayner, will all represent the state at the February 5-9 event at the AIS.
Anis, who is on the Torns list for the fourth-year running, said she and Simpson were looking forward to playing greater on-court roles when NBL1 South begins on April 18.

"Our roles will definitely be a lot bigger than what they were last year because we've had a lot more experience playing in the league so it's exciting times," the 17-year-old said.
"It's super special [to play for Launceston].
"From growing up you've been sitting in the stands watching the Tornadoes play and now you're playing out there, it's kind of a surreal feeling."
Simpson is entering her second year as a Torn after captaining Tasmania in the under-18 nationals last year.
After working under two coaches in 2019, the 17-year-old Launceston College student is excited for life under Sarah Veale's command.
"We've had a really good pre-season working out with Sarah so we'll wait until we get our full team together and we'll decide what our style of play is going to be," Simpson said.
"I think she's really keen on developing us young guys so if we go away we'll always be able to come back and fit into this club - she's done such a good job of building an image of where we want to be so it'll be good to see how it goes this year."
The Tornadoes will play their first home game of the season against Ballarat on April 25.
