Festivale chairman David Dunn said this year they were really able to showcase the "best of the best" of the state's produce.
"We've got stallholders from Huonville right through to the far North-West and the East Coast, and obviously the North. We had such a big range of stallholders from all around the state," he said.
Tickets for the event are still available online with sales also available on the gate - however, it is possible tickets may run out.

MASTERCLASSES
Food and beverage masterclasses will also take place as part of the festival. There's limited availability for all sessions, so make sure to get in quick.
Friday
5.30pm - Best of the Best
- The Festivale Wine Award winner's masterclass, where wine judges will take patrons through each class and its winner.
Saturday
11.30am - Nibbles and Tibbles
- A new masterclass in food and wine matching.
1.15pm - Gin: what makes the flavours?
- Distillers share the secrets on creating a great gin.
3pm - Pinot Noir: Taste the State
- Hear from some of the state's winemakers about the different taste of their wines.
4.45pm - Bubbles From Every Region
- Listen to sparkling winemakers as they educate patrons on flavour and aroma profiles.
Sunday
10.30am - Fermentation: Learn About the Process
- Join scientists and fermenters to learn about the benefits of fermentation.
12.15pm - Four Beers, Four Cheeses
- Patrons will taste their way through a selection of beers from James Boags Brewery alongside iconic King Island cheeses.
2pm - Cocktails - Showing Tasmanian Spirits
- Learn the art of mixology with this new masterclass featuring Tasmanian spirits.
CHEFS IN ACTION
Check out Chefs in Action, where the pros will share their culinary secrets and inspire audiences to try something new.
Recipe cards will also be available at the one-hour sessions for patrons to take home.

1pm - Elliott Chugg, executive chef of the Hotel Grand Chancellor
3pm - Nick Raitt, executive chef of the Josef Chromy Restaurant
5pm - Karen Martini, celebrity guest chef
SUNDAY
10.30am - Emma Warren, author of Islas - Food of the Spanish Islands
1pm - Adam Lockhart, demi chef of Terrace Restaurant
2.45pm - Thomas Pirker, head chef of Grain of the Silos
MUSIC
FRIDAY
On Friday, headlines Eskimo Joe and Motor Ace will take to the VJAM stage.
On the KPMG stage, acts such as the Blackstone Dukes, Jade and Dane, and John and Jai.
SATURDAY
Absolutely everybody will be dancing on Saturday night to headliner Vanessa Amorosi. Jack Jones will also take to the VJAM stage.
There's no shortage of music on the KPMG stage on Saturday, with music kicking off from 11am with Fiontan Cassidy, the RAW acoustic competition from 1pm, and When She Believes taking place from 6pm with acts like Heloise and Isla Ka.
SUNDAY
Sunday's headlining acts include The Whitlams and Russell Morris on the VJAM stage.
Music on the KPMG stage will wrap up at 3pm after sets from Monique How, the RAW acoustic competition winners, and Oscar O'Shea.
COMEDY
If you're keen for a laugh, make sure to head along to Fresh Comedy on Friday night.
From 6.30pm see the likes of Denise Scott, Matt Okine, and Ivan Aristeguieta plus Kerri Gay, David Bakker, and Daniel Walker.
