The Queenstown man was believed to have been killed by a collapse at the underground mine early on Thursday morning.
PYBAR said in a statement on Thursday "recovery activity continues to be the focus at the Henty Gold Mine", with recovery plans devised by specialist personnel and the site team.
"A range of specialist equipment required to assist in the recovery has either been mobilised to site already, is being transported, or is currently being manufactured by local Tasmanian suppliers," the company said.

"Underground activities to prepare the area for the recovery operations are also on-going under the supervision and direction of the Coroner and regulatory bodies."
PYBAR said it was working with local authorities and government agencies to support those affected by the incident.
The company said it was also continuing to update Mr Goss's family "on the progress of recovery activities taking place at the mine".
"During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers remain strongly with the family of Cameron, and the entire community that has been affected by this devastating news," PYBAR said.
Mr Goss was 44-years-old, had extensive experience in the mining industry and was working around 700 metres underground at the time of the collapse.
Operations remain suspended at the Henty Gold Mine.
