It proposes a practice at 82a Meander Valley Road by utilising an old medical practice building on the town's main road.
The development will spend $350,000 to demolish two out buildings, extend an existing building for the practice and construct a 13 space car park on the site.
The practice will employ two full time dentists and three full time support staff to operate the practice from 9am to 5pm during the week and from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.

The extension of the existing building proposes two access ramps facing the car park areas, a waiting room, a reception area, toilet facilities and a staff room.
The proposed practice is behind the Soul Pattinson Chemist and will share a common car park, before the 13 additional spaces are added.
Sixty Degrees director and planning consultant George Walker said only eight car parks were required for the number of proposed employees but 13 would be built.
"The proposed use, coupled with the existing pharmacy will generate approximately 138 vehicle movements per day from the shared access," he said.
The application is available for public comment at the Meander Valley Council until February 4.
