The tour will give fans the opportunity for one-on-one time with the Tasmanian sporting figure.
The Aboriginal-owned walk is a four-day journey with Aboriginal guides along the far North-East Coast finishing at the Bay of Fires, with two nights at a specially-built lodge, and one night at a former lighthouse keeper's cottage.
Ambrose won the Australian V8 Supercars' series championships in 2003 and 2004 before moving to the US for a successful nine-year stint as a NASCAR driver, becoming the first Australian driver to win a Cup Series.
The Launceston boy began his storied career with the Tasmanian junior karting titles at the age of 10.
The walk departs on March 20 and will return on March 23. Bookings can be made by contacting wukalina walk on 0447 244 727.
