The cafe was recently listed by Delicious Magazine's top 10 best coffees in the Australia courtesy of its designated barista Alex Atkins.
Owner Hayley Brazendale said the business also hosted a number of food critics from Melbourne and Sydney who have lauded the food-side of the restaurant as well.
"We've had comments from critics about our food being better than one of Curtis Stone's restaurants," she said.
"We even had a serious food critic from London a few weeks ago and she is going to hopefully do a bit of a review for us because the food was spot on.
"We're getting really amazing feedback, we're attracting up to 1000 patrons per week ... 85 per cent of our clientele are tourists."
The restaurant, cafe and apothecary was opened about two years ago and has already attained a five-star rating.

Ms Brazendale said the family history behind the business in which five daughters and a son were raised by a pastry chef mother and horticulturalist father was key to its success.
"It's a family business ... we grew up with food, it's in our blood," she said.
"My aim in opening the cafe restaurant was to bring back some of our culture and also to bring back these beautiful recipes from my mum and grandparents. We have a dowry of recipes that have been passed down to us and I wanted to bring back back good, homemade, rustic-style food.
"I think because we make everything in-house ... people are really appreciating that and it's really taken off."
Ms Brazendale said Mr Atkins hadn't ever made a proper cup of Joe until the business was opened two years ago and his recent renown was indicative of his natural talent with brewing coffee.
"He [Alex] was a total novice when he first started and first got on the coffee machine," she said.
"He was kind of forced into it when first opened because we were desperate and couldn't keep up with customers.
"We thought it would just be something small but we're attracting up to 150 people a day so Alex is making up to 400 coffees a day, which is astounding for Westbury.
"He comes from a military background so I think it has a little bit to do with that precision and the science behind it - he's a real perfectionist as well so he just makes beautiful coffee."
Ms Brazendale said big things are on the way for the cafe restaurant, including the writing of a recipe book.
"This year we'll also be planting 2000 roses on our property ... this is the horticulturalist side of the family coming through," she said.
