Resuming their inaugural Cricket Tasmania Premier League under-18 vacation cup campaign, the North's rising juniors decimated the Magpies - dismissing them for 82 before chasing the target within 10 overs.
Toby Bellchambers' two early wickets put the Raiders on top but the home side steadied through Xavier Combs and captain Brandon Kopper, who combined for a 38-run partnership before their leader was dismissed for a quick-fire 28.

From there, at 3-57, things would only go from bad to worse for the Southern outfit, losing their remaining seven wickets for only 25 runs - including the last five for just one.
Kopper's score would prove to be their highest but Combs dug in for the side, facing 68 balls for his 16 runs.
Burnie's Jake Dixon was the chief destroyer for the Raiders, taking 4-6 to turn the game on its head and shred the Magpies' tail while building on the earlier efforts of Bellchambers (2-19), Joel Lloyd (1-4), Sam Artis (1-12) and Will Bennett (1-24).
Angus Foster was lost early in the chase but Julius Kerwin and Cooper Anthes didn't let that affect them, combining for the remaining 76 runs with ease.
Despite coming in at three, captain Anthes faced 11 more balls than Ulverstone's Kerwin, putting on eight more runs as he smacked his way to 39 off 36 balls.
Kerwin, who stamped his reputation as the competition's leading run-scorer with 155 at an average of 77.5, belted 31 off 25.
Last year's vacation cup champions New Town stand in the Raiders' path, facing them on Wednesday.
