Taking a one-shot lead into day two, Annabelle Hutchings shot a stellar 70 in the third round to finish with a score of 300 - two clear from Sakura Sugiyama.
Haruhi Nakatani collected an eagle on Launceston Golf Club's 11th to go with third spot while Mowbray's Jorjah Bailey (324) was the best-placed Tasmanian in fifth.
Hallie Meaburn also finished top-10 with Riverside's Alexandria Hansen, Tailah Mowat (Ulverstone) and Mackenzie Thomas (Royal Hobart) all further back.
Tam O'Shanter's Ella Murray-Williams finished top of the net results after a stunning final round of 12 under handicap.
Overnight leader Michael Song was made to work for the boys' title as fellow Victorian Levi Sclater pushed to the final hole.
Level with Mitchell Revie heading into the 18th, Song hit a bogey and Revie a triple bogey to leave the former level on 300 with Sclater.
Song then sunk a birdie on a sudden-death play-off fourth hole to lift the trophy.
Southerner Oscar Burrell (304, sixth) was Tasmania's best-placed finisher with Dylan Backhouse (308) also making the top 10.
Northern trio Isaac Roberts (Riverside), Oskar Small (Mowbray) and Jarryd Battle (Prospect Vale) shot 322, 325 and 336 respectively.
