Beating home Queensland's Robyn Callaghan and New South Wales' Sharon Thompson with a score of 154 over the 36-hole tournament, Hall backed up her status of favourite with a strong two-day showing.
Monday's rare wind at the Country Club course saw only three competitors - Devonport's Lu Proud, Launceston's Jenny Hubbard and George Town's Annette Bryan - better their Sunday performance while Prospect Vale's Patsy Muir showed complete consistency - shooting 103 on both days.

The senior championship was held in conjunction with the B grade state titles, which went down to the line in stunning fashion after 36 holes of play.
Holding a two-shot lead heading into Monday's play, Prospect Vale's Anne Kennedy was unable to hold off heavy favourite Annette Hibbs, who equalised the scores before winning the title in a sudden-death playoff.
Sealing the title on the second hole, Hibbs' win capped off a round of 99 while Kennedy and fellow Prospect clubmate Jackie Rayworth shot at 101 and 103 respectively - all scoring above Sunday's efforts.
