Shiyen Regan Chugg, 27, of Newnham, was caught by police on three occasions in Launceston last year.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The Launceston Magistrates Court heard Chugg was caught driving under the influence of methamphetamines, amphetamines and THC in Norwood, Newstead and Mayfield between August and October.
When he initially appeared in court without a lawyer, Magistrate Ken Stanton urged Chugg to secure counsel because imprisonment was an option he was considering.
Mr Stanton sentenced Chugg to a wholly suspended three-month jail term provided he comply with a community correction order.
Chugg is also required to do 91 hours of community service.
