Finishing second bottom in their maiden NBL1 season after the SEABL wound up in 2018, the Tornadoes will compete in the NBL1 South this year following an agreement that has seen Queensland Basketball League replaced by the NBL1 North.
After getting their campaign under way on April 18 in Albury, Sarah Veale's Torns will play their first Elphin Stadium fixture in a North-West Thunder double-header against Ballarat on Anzac Day.
The Thunder will also share a night at Elphin Stadium against Nunawading on July 4, with the Torns to return the favour at Ulverstone in rounds three and 15.
Tornadoes general manager Corey Ackerley said nine Saturday night games at Elphin and five interstate trips made for a great fixture for his side.

"We are extremely with the happy the draw we have this season," Ackerley said.
"We play all our home games on Saturday nights at Elphin Stadium so that works better for our volunteers and supporters.
We expect our fans to get out and support the Tornadoes in big numbers again this year."
With a new coach and three new imports signed up for 2020, the Tornadoes are set to be a vastly different side to the youth-heavy outfit that won just four games last season.
Ackerley said he expected the Torns would continue to live up to their claim of having the "best supporter base in the league".
"We have some big games against top teams such as Bendigo Braves, Geelong Supercats and our intrastate rivals the Hobart Chargers during the middle of the season that should draw large crowds," Ackerley said.
"We also play the new Mt Gambier Pioneers women's team which should be a very interesting game and their first time to Tasmania."

This year's NBL1 South finals series will begin on August 14 with the final to be held at Victoria's State Basketball Centre on August 29.
An NBL1 finals series will follow on the first weekend in September, pitting together the Northern and Southern conference champions.
"This is a genuine partnership between the NBL, Basketball Queensland and Basketball Victoria and we look forward to the great rivalries that's set to develop between the conferences," NBL chief operating officer Andy Crook said.
"We are also in active discussions with Basketball South Australia, Basketball Western Australia and Basketball New South Wales about introducing the NBL1 concept in those states."
