A mainstay of South Launceston's ever-dominant Cricket North outfit, the keeper-batter has starred with a team-high 131 runs at 26.20 in the Greater Northern Raiders' inaugural season.
The 22-year-old said she was relishing the chance to take on the state's best after topping Cricket North's batting charts last season with 567 runs at 47.25.
"It's nice to get another challenge with the opposition - playing for our club in the North you're playing four teams so you're playing the same people week in, week out so to speak," Webster said.
"Going down and playing in Hobart their competition is certainly a lot more challenging but it's also been really fun to get all the girls together from different areas.
"We've come together as a really tight-knit group over the past few rounds so that's always really nice."
A former Westbury Primary, Prospect High and Launceston College student, Webster's cricket career began in the under-12s at Westbury where she was primarily a bowler.
After playing in junior intrastate and national championships, the LGH theatre nurse worked her way into South Launceston's first team and began honing her skills as a keeper.

Her batting dominance and growing leadership skills at Northern level made her an obvious choice for the Greater Northern Raiders and ultimately saw her awarded vice-captaincy.
"I've had a few leadership roles with South in the Northern competition so that's definitely helped but to be vice-captain under captain Sam Cotton has been absolutely amazing, she does an awesome job," Webster said.
"Working with her is really easy and I've really appreciated the opportunity."
The Raiders play a 40-over match against South Hobart-Sandy Bay at the NTCA No. 2 on Sunday.
