Mitch Lockhart, 17, who trained with A-League side Brisbane Roar last season, as well as 2018 George Dale Medallist, Taylor Neilson, will line up in the orange and white next season.
Coming across from Launceston United, Lockhart has been a part of the talent support program for four years and certainly excites coach Alex Gaetani as a strong central defender, who can move into the midfield.

"I have known Mitch for a number of years through my time at Football Tasmania and the TSP program and it's been wonderful to see his progression and development since then into men's football," he said.
"He has natural leadership qualities and a strong mentality - the sky really is the limit for Mitch."
Neilson returns to the Roos after a living in and travelling through Europe last year.
Captaining Riverside's 2018 Northern Championship title win that further aided NPL promotion, the 27-year-old is a popular member of the club and will prove to be a welcome return.
"He has already bought a huge amount of drive and leadership to our young group through preseason, but not only that, he is a quality footballer, who can play either in the midfield or across the back line," Gaetani said.
"He is an onfield coach, one of our leaders and he drives high standards in everything we do and as a coach of a young group, that is extremely valuable."
