Kurt Luttrell led from flag to flag to win the 30-lap final sprintcar memorial for past members on Saturday night at the Gulf Western Speedway on the North West coast.

Adrian Redpath was second until he struck problems halfway through the race and stopped. Jason Redpath had been running third until he was passed by Chris Johns.
At the restart, Johns had challenged Luttrell however, despite repeated attempts, he couldn't succeed. Luttrell won in the end from Johns with Jason Redpath next.
Nick Penno came fourth after starting at the rear.
Adam Beechey won the super sedan final in dominant display. He had been challenged by Steve Latham over the 25-lap final. Gil Aylett had a lonely run in third.
Behind Aylett, it was a war on wheels with Laura Davidson, Robert Bird and David Nichols pushing hard.
Beechey was pleased with his win after retiring while leading recent key races.
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT
The street stock final was run in reverse direction and it took three attempts to start them. Matt Hammond was turned around after the second start and had a left rear tyre rubbing on a panel.
He would take the lead only to have a steering failure that handed it to Corey Bauld. But Bauld came under fire from Trent Austen, who made a passing move stick with six laps left only to spin on the white flag lap.
He was sent to the rear for the two lap dash to the flag. Bauld would take the win ahead of Steven Harvey and Nathan Russell. Jade Waddington won the street stock consolation final from Craig Tutthill and Terri Farrell.
Josh Stephens returned to victory after starting from the second row in the modifieds. Jakobe Jetson had lead away early only for the second time in several days to withdraw while leading this time with a flat tyre.
Brad Herbert inherited the lead, but Stephens had his sights set on victory and slipped past Herbert with two laps remaining to take a popular victory from Herbert and Sam Gunn.
In the junior top stars, Harry Auton finally broke through to give the boys a first victory from the females.
The junior new stars was won by Kyle Bagorski and in the speedway karts, Chase Redpath won the juniors, Aaron Bissett the seniors and Gary Gleeson the 125s.
