The annual festival sees halls across Australia host musicians throughout the first month, with Rowella Hall the home of the festival's West Tamar leg on January 6.
This year's feature artists are Scotland's Siobhan Miller and Sydney's Jack Carty.
In other news:
Miller is an alternative folk musician and is the only artist to be named Scots Singer of the Year three times.
The festival will tour across Northern Tasmania to halls at Longford, Derby and Nunamara to name a few.
Family folk group Fiddle Stix will also be performing at Rowella.
You can buy tickets online or at the Tamar Visitor Centre at Exeter.
