Man charged for Kmart, Coles, Woolworths fires in state's south
A man who allegedly started three fires at retail outlets in the state's south has been charged by Tasmania Police.

The fires were at Kmart New Town, Coles Northgate and Woolworths Claremont.
The 30-year-old Claremont man has allegedly caused $40,000 in damage and loss of Christmas trading hours as the fires caused evacuations.
He has been charged with three counts of unlawfully setting fire to property and bailed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court.
