The non-for-profit officially opened its new office alongside Launceston City Mission, whose youth program The Mish will be situated on the ground floor.
HR+ chief executive Peter Barns said the organisation had already been in the space for three months and that it was great to be in such an open space.
"Things are pretty settled now ... we've still got a few things to put together but not too much," he said.
The building had previously been used for numerous purposes, including a pathology lab as well as a glass and boot factory.
In other news:
"Our old spot on St John Street was more of an office space setup and not open plane, but here we've got enough space for everyone to engage as a team," Mr Barns said.
"We do have separate spaces and private spaces where if you need to take a call or do some work alone you can.
"Oddly enough, I think because we've got a high ceiling and the carpet, it's actually not that noisy."
A particular standout piece in the office is a sheep overlooking staff - Mr Barns said it was a constant reminder of the importance of regional Tasmania.
