Just a week after Wynyard picked up its first A-grade victory in 714 days against the Eagles, the major underdogs collected 5-21 after the hosts looked to be cruising.
Chasing Mowbray's total of 186, the competition's leading run-scorer, Sean Harris, put together another strong innings, working his way to 70 alongside Ishang Shah's 43 before Sam Freeman claimed his wicket.

A collapse of epic proportions then followed as Blake Cassidy collected the wickets of Anders Bulow, Ethan Fox and Jackson Young while Spencer Hayes grabbed Tom Waller and Josh Freestone to send the Eagles home happy.
Earlier, a 50-run opening stand between young pairing Sam Canny (28) and Will Dakin (17) got the Eagles off to a strong start before both were run out - a tale that would continue late into their innings.
Captain Luke Scott amassed his first half-century for the season to score 55 before being the third victim of the run-out curse with 14 balls remaining, ending the innings.
Hayes (26) and Jono Jones (28) backed up their support from coach James Storay earlier in the week to bat alongside Scott, staking their claims as strong all-rounders for the side.
A scintillating performance with the ball ensured Westbury victory over Launceston and saw them push for top spot with a four-wicket victory at home.
Opening duo Nick Spencer and Jono Chapman put a halt to the Lions' runs early, taking 2-12 and 2-10 respectively off their seven-over spells while first-change veteran Matthew Battle proved even more economical - going for only 1-7 off his seven overs.
Working their way to 131 after teetering dangerously at 4-17 with dangermen Cam Lynch, Sam Elliston-Buckley and Alistair Taylor in the sheds, Ethan Conway led the way with the bat, collecting his highest A-grade score of 84 not out, while James Curran (16) dug in around him.
The Shamrocks clinically set about chasing the small total as Battle and captain Dan Murfet put on 69 for the opening wicket before Curran picked up the first of his three wickets, Murfet for 33.
Returning Greater Northern Raider Jake Williams joined Battle at the crease, fresh off his TCL T20 premiership with Longford and fell for 24, bringing Oliver Wood and then, Corey Briggs to the crease, with both falling in quick succession.
Battle (57 not out) and former Tasmanian Tiger Dane Anderson saw the Shamrocks home, chasing down the required score with more than 20 overs to spare.
