The match will be Bailey's last for the Tigers before he takes up his new role of national selector, and Silk, who had a baptism of fire in his first match as captain last week courtesy of an outright loss inside two days to Queensland, said there has already been plenty of time reflecting.

"For me personally it's real and it's going to my last game with George, so I've definitely had a think about that during the week and thought about some of the memories I have with him and his contribution to Tassie cricket," Silk said.
"(He's been) just a wonderful player, and it will be in my thoughts most of this game, but when it's time to bat and time to lead, those thoughts will hopefully dwindle and I'll be able to focus full on the game and what's in front of me.
"It will be special week to be a part of and hopefully we can send him out the right way, and that's by winning."
Selectors have named a squad of 13 for the game, with Simon Milenko coming in for omitted pair Beau Webster and Alex Pyecroft.
