Tasmania Devils will be on the lookout for a new Northern talent manager early next season with Darren Trevena taking up a role with SANFL club Glenelg.

Playing representative football for both Tasmania and South Australia, Trevena has been involved as coach of the South Australian football academy, development coach at Port Adelaide and is a member of AFL Tasmania's hall of fame.

Taking on the talent manager job at his new home, the 330-game veteran is thankful for his time at the Devils.
"I have really enjoyed my time in the role, it has been an immense pleasure to work in Tassie footy - something I am incredibly passionate about," he said.
"I am proud to play a part in the foundations of the Devils program and I'll continue to be a vocal and passionate advocate for Tasmanian talent."
Trevena finishes up on January 3 with a new suitor to be found ahead of the 2020 season.
