El Chapo's is a Mexican food truck brought to you by the owner of Food for Dudes (and Dudettes) Ben Chapman.
"We just found the Food for Dudes van is so busy we figured we'd offshoot and get more products out there and do something else," Mr Chapman said.
"We've done a little bit [of Mexican] over the last three years, but we wanted to expand and have some fun with it."
The menu features all the Mexican food staples from quesadillas to burritos.
Mr Chapman said he plans on changing things up on the menu quite regularly.

- Ben Chapman
He said the name for the business came from both his last name and the notoriety of Mexican drug cartel figurehead El Chapo.
"My last name's Chapman so it's kind of a play on words and also to reference the cartel leader El Chapo who I'm sure a lot of people have heard of," he said.
El Chapo's is located adjacent to Food for Dudes (and Dudettes) on Invermay Road.
