Junction board of directors chair Liz Frankham said the festival was a "wonderful success story" and they were thrilled to partner and welcome Artlands 2020.
"This provides a tremendous opportunity to celebrate where Junction has come, and where we are going - a festival that exists to bring quality art to regional Tasmania," Ms Frankham said.
Creative director Greg Clarke said it was a fitting way to celebrate 10 years of Junction in Launceston.
The partnership is in conjunction with support from the City of Launceston council. The council is a major sponsor of the festival.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank and pay tribute to the Junction committee, which works tirelessly every year bringing the festival to the heart of Launceston. As a council, the City of Launceston is extremely proud to support Junction."
