Stage one will be held on Wednesday, December 4.
The stage is scheduled to start in George Town at 10.30am, with the finish line at Grindelwald.
The 115.9km stage will travel through Pipers Brook, Lilydale, Deviot and Gravelly Beach.
In other news:
In the West Tamar, Alpine Crescent at Grindelwald will be closed between Waldhorn Drive and 48 Alpine Crescent.
The road will be closed between 11am and 3pm.
In George Town, Anne Street street will be closed between Macquarie and Cimitiere streets.
The Anne Street car park will also be closed.
