The report was first prepared by Deloitte Access Economics' partner Chris Richardson, according to TCCI chief executive Michael Bailey.
"Building on analysis by Saul Eslake in previous years, it collates and summarises Tasmania's progress and performance on important economic and social indicators," he said.
The report indicates that Tasmania's economic growth was the fastest in the nation during the 2018-2019 financial year.
"Tasmania's gross state product grew 3.6 per cent during the 2018-19 financial year, which is almost double the national average of 1.9 per cent," Mr Bailey said.
"When translated to growth per person, Tasmania's 2.3 per cent increase is almost double the second fastest growing economy of the ACT."
Mr Bailey said the report does cite seven ways Tasmania can continue its growth success, including investing in physical infrastructure and improving health systems.
