But Health Minister Sarah Courtney has warned the deliberate spreading of misinformation was "highly irresponsible" and could have "very dangerous consequences".
Organised by the Australian Vaccination-Risks Network, The People's Truth is a follow up to 2016 film VaxXed: From Coverup to Catastrophe.
The "documentary" will be screened in locations across Australia next month and claims to present "some of the thousands of interviews conducted on the road and filmed in the Vaxxed Bus, a rolling memorial to those who have been killed or injured by vaccines".
The Launceston screening will take place on December 6.

However, AVN claims the venue won't be announced until the day of screening, due to the "well-orchestrated threats of violence and abuse that come from the pro-censorship community".
It comes six weeks after AVN hosted a Launceston screening of The Science in October.
The film questions the safety of Gardasil - a vaccine that protects young women from the human papillomavirus, responsible for 70 per cent of cervical cancers.
The AVN claims that it is not anti-vaccination or pro-vaccination, but rather pro-choice, and exists to "further a pro-choice position with regard to vaccination and other health decisions".
However, Labor's Sarah Lovell urged people not to attend the event and to "voice their concerns about the spreading of mistruths in the community".
"The evidence is clear that vaccinations protect people from serious diseases and those pushing this anti-vaccination message are being completely reckless and negligent," she said.
Ms Courtney said the government's immunisation strategy, including strategies to increase immunisation rates, was evidence-based.
"Tasmanians should always seek professional medical advice in relation to health matters," she said.
