On Sunday, the Tasmania Fire Service said the main concern was a fire at Lulworth in the North-East.
The fire burned through 194 hectares, however the second fire at Lefroy was close behind at 193 hectares.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
The fire at Lefroy was first reported about 5pm on Saturday, and a second fire at Lulworth was reported a short time later.
TFS said those living at Bridport Road between Back Creek Road and Lefroy Road, and people at Lulworth, should keep up to date by listening to ABC local radio or checking out the TFS website at www.fire.tas.gov.au.
Well-prepared homes are defendable in these conditions. However, if you are not prepared for a bushfire, consider leaving for a safer place if it gets more dangerous. If your family has made a bushfire survival plan, check it now.
