Scottsdale 13-year-old Taia Lette set a new division 2 and all-schools record in the grade 7 girls' high jump, clearing 1.56m to topple Launceston TSLW footballer Courtney Stanley's 1.50m in 2010.
Another Blues footballer - star forward Dylan Riley - saw his longstanding grade 8 boys' javelin record of 40.76m fall to Scottsdale's Wade Lamont, who threw 42.96m.
Lilydale's Jaydn Crawford was the other record breaker, slicing 0.25 seconds off the grade 10 boys' 400m benchmark - a record dating back to 2003 - with a time of 53.65.
About 250 students from five schools took part on a day which saw Deloraine demoted despite taking second in the grade 7-8 points.
