Selected as one of just 20 riders to compete in Aus-X Open's KTM junior class on November 30, Walduck will rub shoulders with some of the world's best supercross stars as well as race juniors her own age.
Dad Mark said the Scotch Oakburn grade two student had been watching lots of videos and testing herself on different tracks in preparation.
"It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience for Ellie to be able to race on the world stage in Australia with some of the world's best," he said.
"There's a lot of guys coming over from America and for her to experience that, watch them and be in the pits with them and on the track doing track walk with them is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience."
Selected for the event via application, Ellie has been racing with Launceston Junior Motorcycle Club for two years.
She backed up last year's class victory with another podium finish this year and will compete in state championships in 2020.
"She rode a push bike without training wheels when she was two and a half," Mark said.
"She's always had great balance and loves anything with wheels basically.
"It's pretty crazy and really cool that KTM put the class on and to see a girl selected [is great]."
Ellie will be fitted out with KTM riding gear and a bike for the event.
