The Cavaliers midcourter and Northern Hawks utility were two of seven Tasmanians selected on Monday alongside six Victorians.
Melbourne-based Kelsie Rainbow is another to be given the nod for a third year after the Winnaleah-raised talent started out at the Cavs.
Five of the Tasmanians from the 2019 bronze-medal performance are set to return, with Alex Vinen back after missing this year and Rebecca Hyland rewarded after her campaign with Kingston.

Tasmanian Magpies coach Jon Fletcher, who returns after a 2016 stint in charge, is satisfied with the balance of the squad between the states.
''We selected seven Tasmanian athletes, which is indicative of the strength of the Tasmanian talent," he said,
"This program underpins the senior Magpie program and provides a pathway for Tasmanian players."
