The party will run from 9pm on January 18 to 5am on January 19 at the Workers Club, All Goods Warehouse and Smiths Lane.
It will start at 9pm with a celebration of Dolly Parton featuring Tasmanian female artists alongside drag queens from all over, in a stageshow starring over 60 performers.
It will end with breakfast: croissants and coffee from Bread and Butter.
In between there will be Lisbon ghetto, classical-harp-meets-electronica club music, Afro-house from Uganda, queer Jamaican rhythm, "music that smashes colonialism and destroys white supremacy", and video art, sculpture, a DIY wonderland, and choreographed dancing.
The main acts will be in the Workers Club, while the All Goods Warehouse will be a "space to relax, trip out, and see some performances you won't see anywhere else - including the main festival - in a custom-designed environment that is sure to make your eyes pop," co-curator James Brennan said.
"This will not be a G-rated or even PG-rated event," he said.
