The share price of the Tasmanian-headquartered organic baby food and formula company spiked from $8.32 on September 13 to more than $13 after China Mengniu Dairy Company's takeover plans were revealed on September 16.
Ms Cameron would have captured some of the value bounce when 3.46 million shares held for the Jan Cameron Trust were disposed of on September 24.
According to material sent to the ASX by Hobart law firm Murdoch Clarke, that left Ms Cameron and associated entities with a 13.06 per cent stake in Bellamy's.
The bid is via a scheme of arrangement.
That would require at least 75 per cent of votes in favour and support from more than 50 per cent of shareholders.
