A series of talks on mental health will take place at Civic Square this week as part of National Psychology Week.

The free talks aim to educate the public on important topics related to mental health, organiser and provisional psychologist Liam Spicer said.
"Education can go a long way, and it can be the first step to giving people further support," he said.
"It's about giving information to the public that can help them live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives.
"Having it in a public space makes it easily accessible for everyone."
Experts will take questions from the public, and provide links to further resources.
Mr Spicer said the best action to take if one thinks they may be experiencing mental ill health is to first talk to a GP.
Each of the following talks will be held between 12pm and 1pm:
- Monday | Lynne Daniels on Kids and Separation
- Tuesday | Caroline Thain and Ella Baker-Condon on Physical Wellbeing and Mental Health
- Wednesday | Emma Keen on New Mothers
- Thursday | Caitlyn Osbourne on Mindfulness
- Friday | Liam Spicer on Setting Boundaries for Screen Time and Sleep Hygiene
