A man's body has been located by Tasmania Police.

It is believed to be the body of missing man Dr Geoffrey Trezise.
The 85-year-old former GP was last seen in Westbury about 8am on Monday.
Police located the body about 11am on Friday on a bush track in the Birralee area.
It is understood there are no suspicious circumstances.
A formal identification will be conducted and report prepared for the coroner.
