Alexandra Rose Kobelke, of Punchbowl, trafficked methamphetamine and cocaine from Sydney to Hobart between December 10, 2017, to January 3, 2019.
The drugs were transported on domestic flights either on Kobelke's person or in her carry on luggage.
Kobelke travelled to Hobart 14 times, often under false names including Alex Rose and Natasha Rose.
On multiple occasions, Kobelke spent only a few hours in Hobart before returning to Sydney.
At the Hobart Supreme Court on Friday, Crown prosecutor Jackie Hartnett said once the drugs were in Tasmania Kobelke distributed them in ounce quantities to regular buyers.
"The payments were made in cash and large amounts of cash were concealed on [her] body or in the luggage [back to Sydney]," Ms Hartnett said.
"It was a substantial drug importation business."
Ms Hartnett said Kobelke and her alleged accomplices used several hotels near the Hobart waterfront as the base for their trafficking operation, with the drugs and cash exchanged in moving or parked cars in the city and surrounding suburbs.
The court heard caffeine was used to conceal the smell of illicit drugs and avoid detection.
Kobelke and several others were charged as the result of Tasmania Police's Operation Monet which investigated the large scale importation of drugs into Tasmania.
Acting on information from Tasmania Police, New South Wales police officers apprehended Kobelke at Sydney airport earlier this year.
Concealed in her bra, Kobelke was carrying 138.03 grams of methamphetamine, 54.87 grams of cocaine and 12.89 grams of MDMA in a cryovac bag.
An analysis of Kobelke's phone found she used the name 'Black Market' on an encrypted messaging app as part of the trafficking operation.
Following a search of her property and related locations, Kobelke and two alleged accomplices were extradited to Tasmanian on March 7, 2019, to face trafficking charges.
Kobelke will be sentenced at a later date.
