At an awards ceremony in Hobart on Friday night, Stillwater SEVEN was named Best New Tourism Development at the Tasmanian Tourism Awards.
Stillwater and Black Cow bistro's Bianca Welsh took home the title of Minister's Tourism Young Achiever for her advocacy and leadership around hospitality careers and mentally healthy tourism workplaces.
Tourism Industry Council Tasmania chief executive Luke Martin said Ms Welsh was an inspiration to the industry.
"Bianca is a dynamo whose passion for Tasmanian hospitality and showcasing the industry as a genuine career option for Tasmanian young people has made her a natural leader in the industry," he said.
"Her passion for mentally healthy workplaces and being an outstanding employer is well-known throughout the community, and it is fitting she has been acknowledged at this level."

Still in the north, Launceston Airport was awarded Specialist Tourism Services, Mona Foma's Air Mofo campaign was awarded Destination Marketing and Silo Hotel was award best Restaurant and Catering.
Tourism Industry Council Tasmania chief executive Luke Martin said it was a fantastic regional representation to wave the flag at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards to be held in March in Canberra.
"'Our category winners really are among the very elite of tourism at a state and national level and deserve every credit for their commitment to excellence," he said.
"Stillwater SEVEN is an outstanding addition to the northern accommodation market, and it's a fitting recognition that it has been judged best new tourism development for the year among some pretty tough competition."
Mr Martin said the airport was one of the premier regional airports in Australia.
"It's commitment to serving as a genuine gateway to Tasmania is clear through every aspect of its operations," he said.
The Air Mofo campaign was a fantastic, innovative campaign that successfully created awareness and excitement about Mofo's new home in Launceston.
