For six years the band had been putting on three-day Launceston punk-rock festival, Till The Wheels Fall Off. The latest iteration took place on November 1 to 3.
Frontman Tyler Richardson said it was worth putting in the hard yards.
"Because we're still working full-time when we're not on tour, we were straight from work to six-day work at a festival," he said.
"To be there the whole weekend, to book the lineup, to be part of every single part of it - from working the stage to tending the bars - was just amazing.
"It was amazing to talk to everyone - they're just so blown away that you're actually literally serving them drinks.
"But we choose to do that because you get to talk to all of these people and they're so stoked you're there. It's a really special thing to connect with people on that level."
In just over a month the band will be seen at another festival - but this time, they'll be back on stage.
Luca Brasi is part of this year's massive Falls Festival lineup, and the band will be playing exclusively for Tasmanian crowds at Marion Bay on New Year's Eve.
Richardson said he was psyched to get back on the stage.
"We really just wanted to be home for New Years and play New Years in Tassie so we're stoked," he said.
"We've played Falls a few times but it's always lovely to play at home."
"Two years our show up on the main stage there was one of the best shows I've ever played in my life, so I'm really excited to get back up there."
Richardson said he loved Falls, having only missed three since it started.
"Unless we were playing somewhere else or were overseas, I've been to every single one of them," he said.
Following on from the success of their latest single Tangled; Content just months ago, Richardson said coming into 2020 the band's main goal was to keep on writing.
