Celebrating their 25th year in the Tasmanian Netball League in 2020, the Cavaliers have decided to keep things the same at the highest level.
Joining the state's upper echelon in 1996, last year's premiership winners have kept Dan Roden at the helm with Anita Batty his second in command - a decision labelled obvious by club president Tonya Kroon.
"The re-appointment of Dan and Anita was an obvious decision for our club after the remarkable success they achieved last season in engineering our eighth open premiership title," she said.
"Dan and Anita were superb in 2019 and their continuing involvement at the helm of our senior team was a priority for our executive committee. It gives us great confidence about our prospects in the upcoming season."

Stepping up to take charge of their under-19s team is Jamie Easther, having assisted their junior side to the premiership last season.
Coming into the role with a strong background as a player and now an emerging coach at representative and development level, Easther will be assisted by Katie O'Neill, who has won four titles with the Cavs.
"Our 19-and-under athletes are fortunate to have Jamie and Katie as their coaches in 2020 ... with these two emerging coaches on the State League scene, this gives us an incredibly strong platform to defend our premiership title in 2020."
Former Cavaliers player, open coach and under-19s coach Dannie Carstens will step into a new role for the club as director of netball.
Carstens, who came out of retirement for six games last year, will oversee the club's coaches in the role and build its strategic visions.
"This is a major step forward for our club to have someone of Dannie's calibre sharing her knowledge and skills across our entire club coaching team and playing group.
"One of our key club goals is to build player and coach capacity and Dannie provides us with the ability and proven record to do this in spades."
The Cavaliers finished 2019 placed third before overcoming Northern Hawks in a come-from-behind grand final win.
