Police Minister Mark Shelton revealed the finalised allocation in Launceston on Friday.
Boosting Tasmania's police force with an extra 125 officers was a key commitment for the Liberal government but the allocation of the officers had been unconfirmed until today, despite 40 of the 125 already being operational.
From 2019 to 2022, Launceston station will receive an additional 16 officers, Hobart an extra 10 and eight for Burnie.
Additional officers have also been allocated to regional areas, with Scottsdale, St Helens, St Marys and Deloraine among the stations that will receive more police.

Officers have also been allocated to specialised roles like the War on ICE taskforce, a dog handler, firearm services, crime command and the Special Operations Group.
Mr Shelton said 109 new recruits would go to bolstering first-responder numbers across the state.
Tasmania Police's 2018-19 Corporate Performance Report revealed an almost 23 per cent increase in offences in the Northern District.
The Launceston station will receive nine additional officers over the next three years, the highest number across the state.
Police Association of Tasmania president Colin Riley said they appreciated the boost to frontline roles in the allocation.
"What's important here is that 109 of the new 125 police officers will go to frontline policing stations around the state," he said.
"That's 77 to city stations and 32 to country police stations. What that means for members is enhanced safety, improved wellbeing and a better capacity to service the Tasmanian community."
The association was championing for the Northern district to be allocated 31 additional officers in the lead up to Friday's announcement after spikes in crime rates but the final number fell just short at 28.
"In Launceston what this physically means on the ground is every shift with have at least an additional police vehicle or two police vehicles to better service the Launceston community," Mr Riley said.
Tasmania Police has rolling recruitment, with applications processed as they're received. Recruit courses will be held in February, May and November next year.
