Now holding the role of national talent and pathway manager, five-time Australian representative Manou said the program offers a great opportunity to the country's best young players.
"In recent years the program has been hugely successful. From last season's intake, both Jake Fraser-McGurk and Tanveer Sangha were recognised by Big Bash clubs, while previous program graduates Jack Edwards, Will Sutherland, Xavier Bartlett and Cameron Green are among those enjoying success at Sheffield Shield and One-Day Cup level," he said.
"I am delighted with the squad we have selected. There is no shortage of potential within the group and I look forward to seeing this year's intake make the most of this opportunity."
