The 16-year-old started off by partnering Amanda Smith in a Northern foursomes victory at Exeter Golf Club late last month before collecting two titles in the South of the state.
Travelling to Colebrook on October 8, Hansen overcame a shaky start to win the Southern Country girls' championship before taking care of business at the Tasmanian business women's championships at Llanherne.
Her incredible run was capped off last week with victory in the ladies' club championships at her home course, Riverside Golf Club.
"I shot my best round at Llanherne so that was a really good day," Hansen said.
"I had 75 which is three over at that course so a good day. My GA is seven so it's getting down - that's the lowest I've got to."

A year 10 student at Riverside High School, Victoria-born Hansen can often be found honing her craft on Riverside's fairways after school.
She also spends time practising under the watchful eye of Country Club coach Bryce Gorham and has made continual strides in her game in 2019.
"I've starting noticing improvements - I've been practising a lot," Hansen said.
"I've started really focusing on my swing and just a lot of practice and it's started to pay off which is good.
"I know my swing but it's just little things here and there that are the difference now."
The starlet's career-best form will be put on hold for a month before taking part in Riverside's junior championships and the Tamar Valley championships at Greens Beach over summer.
Hansen said she was enjoying the sport as much as ever and would just strive for consistency heading into the new year.
"It's addictive when it starts to click," Hansen said.
"Now it's coming into summer the sun's out, it's a lot of fun and I'm enjoying it more and more.
"I think [the past month] has just been good motivation to see something happening and paying off.
"Just the support that I've got from everyone I've got at the club, my family and friends and stuff, it makes a difference just having someone out there watching you so I'm very thankful for that."
Hansen first swung a club at the age of three before taking up the sport as a 12-year-old.
