Trevallyn had looked to be on track towards victory at 3-111 in the 22nd over, needing 51 more in the 32-over game after an hour was lost to rain.
Kedey soon after removed the dangerous Nick Garwood (12) leg before and the hosts collapsed to 6-10 off 27 balls.
The offspinner took all but one of the final six scalps for a superb 5-13 off 6.2 overs.
Rival skipper James Whiteley (29) and Charles Von Stieglitz (20) earlier put on 46 for the opening wicket, but their start came to nothing as Trevallyn was outed for 140.
Danny Bennett (43) and Chathura Athukorala (36) all but single-handedly guided ACL to 7-161 during a 57-run stand for the third wicket.
