Another dominant performance has seen Tasmania's dual Olympian Amy Cure add the points race to her omnium success at the Oceania Track Cycling Championships in New Zealand.

A former world champion in the points race, the West Pine 26-year-old showed her experience in Invercargill by securing points in seven of the eight sprints and winning four including the double-points finish.
Cure accumulated a massive 53 points to win by 15 from Kiwi Jessie Hodges (38) with fellow Aussie Maeve Plouffe, of South Australia, third (37).
Launceston's Lauren Perry won the second sprint and finished 15th overall.
On the last night of the titles, Cure was set to chase her third gold medal in the madison where she was teamed with West Australian Alex Manly.
Fresh from his opening-night gold medal in the team pursuit, Launceston's Josh Duffy finished eighth in the elite men's points race, picking up points in three of the 12 sprints.
Duffy, who was called up to the Cycling Australia track academy on the eve of the championships, was due to partner Conor Leahy in the elite men's madison.
Burnie's Dalton Stretton finished seventh in the junior men's omnium and eighth in the points race, winning the fourth sprint.
Another member of Matt Gilmore's Tasmanian team, Launceston's Amy Wright was 14th in the junior women's points race and seventh in the madison.
